Situated 4Kms from the pretty whitewashed village of Bedar and 20 minutes drive from the coastal resort of Mojacar , you can enjoy the peace and tranquility of the countryside but the vibrant bustle of the coast is within easy access. The casita has 2 bedrooms, 1 large double with air conditioning and 1 smaller room with single bed and ceiling fan. It has a modern shower room with walk in shower, toilet and wash basin. Fans are provided in all rooms. The casita is decorated and furnished to a very high standard and the fabulous outside areas and pool are well maintained with everything you need to enjoy the Spanish sun in style! We live in the main house which is adjacent to the casita so are on hand to provide any help or advice you may need. As well as the welcome pack on arrival a weekly linen/towel change is provided. Towels for use around the pool are also provided. Finca Arboleda Old Stables bungalow is situated in the countryside near Vera in Almeria. It has 5000 sq metres, over an acre, of mature fenced gardens. We live here and also have a one bedroom bungalow, the Garden Suite which we also offer for holiday lets. They both have use of a fantastic 10 metre x 5 metre swimming pool. The Old Stables bungalow has one bedroom with king sized bed and another with twin beds, a newly refitted bathroom with a power shower and a open plan kitchen, dining, sitting room. The kitchen is well equipped, there is a washing machine dishwasher and all the usual things you would need and more. The sitting area has two leather sofas, TV with International channels, sports, series and films and free WiFi. Outside there is a covered terrace with a very large table with chairs, an open area has sun loungers and bbq. The garden is big with mainly Olive, Fig, Pomegranate, Orange and Lemon trees. The fantastic pool 10 metres by 5 metres has enough sunbeds, umbrellas and side tables for all guests. We are certain you will enjoy a holiday here as much as we have loved living here for over 20 years. They both have use of a fantastic 10 metre x 5 metre swimming pool which is always a big hit with guests. The Orange Grove Garden Suite has one large bedroom with king sized bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers, There is a recently refitted bathroom with a shower and an open plan kitchen, dining, sitting room.
