The Orange Grove Garden Suite has one large bedroom with king sized bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers, There is a recently refitted bathroom with a shower and an open plan kitchen, dining, sitting room. The kitchen, new for 2026, is well equipped with a microwave including a grill, air fryer and oven. large fridge freezer a cool bag for beach visits is also available. A dining table and chairs for 2 people, there is use of a washing machine and it has all the usual things you will need, just ask if you need anything else and if possible we are happy to help. Located in a calm and quiet location this beautiful villa offers breathtaking views of the valley and the mountains beyond. The house is located in a sunny and quiet location. The interior has high ceilings which create a feeling of grandeur and space. The kitchen is modern, fully equipped and is accessible from the living room overlooking the swimming pool. This lovely period stone farmhouse villa, has been renovated to a very high standard with exposed beams and tiled floors throughout, and offers flexible accommodation whilst maintaining its wonderful character. A paved pathway leads up to the front door of the cottage, shaded by a vine-covered pergola, which opens into the dining hall. There is a double bedroom with ensuite shower room. An open aspect window overlooks the enchanting mountains surrounding the valley of Serena. A second double bedroom has the same lovely views. Adjacent is the large family bathroom. The character kitchen is well equipped and a stable door opens onto the pool terrace, which is surrounded by a walled garden. A beautifully restored villa set in its own private grounds in the stunning Cortijo Grande valley. It enjoys a private pool and courtyard set in an acre of wonderful tropical/desert gardens. The villa has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a further shower room/WC in the pool area. Downstairs is a fully fitted kitchen with a large L shaped living area. An archway leads to the separate dining room with spectacular views of the valley with the Sierra Nevada in the distance. Air conditioning is available in the living room and in the main en-suite bedroom. All rooms have separate ceiling fans. The kitchen has a gas hob and an electric cooker with a separate microwave unit. There is a BBQ unit in the courtyard and we plan to install another BBQ unit in the "top" terrace - an area that enjoys wonderful evening sunset views. There is very adequate car parking. 3 bars/ restaurants are within a 5 to 10 minute walk-- or stagger!! The villa has free WI-Fi. The nearest shopping is in Turre- about 5 minutes drive away with 4 blueflag beaches and many shops/restaurants a further 5 Km away in Mojacar playa....
