Recently built villa on 1 ha plot located in a valley between Bedar and Antas, 3 km away from the motorway Almería-Alicante. Easy access via a 2 km road in good condition. Part of the garden is planted with decorative trees such as palm trees, banana trees, and bougainvilleas; most of them are planted around the swimming pool, which is 10x5 m big and includes a paddling pool for small children. There are safety fences all around as to protect the children. Two garages and a large parking space for several cars are available. There are many terraces all around the villa. There, you can sunbath or relax under the shades on very hot days. In summer, the patio, decorated with a fountain, is the perfect place to eat breakfast. On the ground floor, there is an entrance hall, a storeroom, separate toilets for guests, a large living room (with two sofas, a television, a stereo system, a CD and a DVD player), and a large kitchen (with a fridge, a dishwasher, a toaster, and all the necessary utensils).
