Part of the garden is planted with decorative trees such as palm trees, banana trees, and bougainvilleas; most of them are planted around the swimming pool, which is 10x5 m big and includes a paddling pool for small children. There are safety fences all around as to protect the children. Two garages and a large parking space for several cars are available. There are many terraces all around the villa.
