Villa Natalia is a lovely villa in a quiet part of Binibeca Nou and in walking distance from the beach and the bars and restaurants of Cala Torret. The interior of the villa is bright and spacious. The entrance hall leads to a lounge / dining room with a sofa, flatscreen TV, DVD player with a collection of DVDs and a dining table with chairs. Sliding doors lead directly to the outside pool and the covered terrace. The well equipped kitchen also has direct access to the terrace and has a dining table, an electric oven, an electric stove, microwave, dish washer and a big refrigerator. A washing machine is in the garage. On the ground floor are two bedrooms each with two single beds and a joint bathroom and one bedroom with a double bed and an ensuite bathroom with a rain shower. All bedrooms have in build wardrobes, air condition and direct access to the pool area.
