This villa is very private. There is parking for two cars on the driveway and lots of off road parking. This is a contemporary villa on two levels. It provides the best of both worlds. Firstly it is in a secluded location, with beautiful views overlooking the Menorquin countryside, making your stay peaceful and tranquil. In addition it is only a quick 10 minute walk to the beach via the cut through paths giving the full on beach experience when you want it. Inside on the ground floor there is a WC and an open plan kitchen, dining area and lounge, with all modern amenities including UK free view satellite (BBC, ITV etc.), smart TV with Netflix and also Hifi (with USB/bluetooth connectivity) and wifi etc. Down two steps from the lounge area and along the corridor are three bedrooms. A 7-minute walk from Binibeca beach and its Chilinquito, the house built on the hillside is on 3 levels plus a rooftop serving as a belvedere opening onto a 360° view between sea and countryside. The villa consists of an open kitchen overlooking the living room, 4 functional and air-conditioned double bedrooms (including an independent master suite with its shower room and TV room), plus 2 bathrooms. In addition, the house benefits from a very large terrace of 25m long with a swimming pool of 11 X 6m not overlooked and quiet as well as various terraces under cover or shaded under the mulberry trees. The pool is not secure and is only suitable for young children in the presence of supervising adults. The pool is maintained by staff. Bakery, supermarkets, the PAUPA BAR in Cala Torret and restaurants such as the BAMBU in Binibeca Vell are a 10-minute walk away. The same goes for the diving and kayaking club. A car is recommended to visit the island, but not mandatory, if you stay in the Binibeca area. The bus down the street will take you easily to Mahon and for night outs the taxi is a solution. The airport is only a 20 minute drive from the house, 15' from Mahon and 10' from the village of St Luis....

The house is located on a quiet street in the Binibèquer area, just 5 minutes from the wonderful beach of the same name, with crystal-clear water and white sand. Places of interest: the beach, sun, relaxation, nightlife, cuisine, water sports, adventure... You’ll love my place for the people, the atmosphere, the outdoor areas, the area, and the light. My place is great for couples, adventurers, families (with children), and groups. The place: The house is on the ground floor of the building; the ground floor isn’t available for rent since that’s where the owners keep their personal belongings. You reach it via a staircase, where you’ll find the living-dining room, the kitchen, the three bedrooms, and the bathroom. Outside the house on the ground floor, there’s an outdoor shower. In the charming courtyard, there’s an outdoor dining area under some magnificent trees where you can enjoy a pleasant lunch or dinner. We have a fairly large garden, and you can also park up to three cars right at the entrance to the house. The “pool” of this house is the sea, since the beach is just a 5-minute walk away.
