It is only about 500m approx. from the white sand beach of Binibeca and near the Cala Torret area where you can find a variety of restaurants as well as bars, supermarket and bakery. The famous fishing village of Binibeca Vell is approx. one km, where you can walk. Villa Diani has 4 double bedrooms, two of them with a double bed, and two with two single beds each. It has 3 bathrooms, two of them en suite and the third shared by the other two rooms. All rooms have air conditioning. The kitchen is also very comfortable and recently renovated in a modern style, open to the dining room with all the necessary appliances so that you can cook your favorite meals during your stay. Its elevated position means that the panoramic views from the pool terrace are phenomenal and at less than 10-minute walk to the superb sandy beach, what more could you ask for? Restaurants and shops are also within easy reach and the pretty white-washed fishing village of Binibeca Vell just a short walk away. The villa itself is extremely spacious with light and airy rooms and has been tastefully decorated throughout. The three bedrooms each have their own en-suit facilities making preparation for nights out on the town run smoothly. The main living space is open plan, with a fully fitted kitchen, dining area and comfortable lounge to relax in. Large patio doors open out onto the terrace allowing a gorgeous natural breeze to flow through the villa. Outside is undoubtably where you will spend many happy hours relaxing on a sun lounger, taking a swim in the glorious swimming pool, or simply enjoying family meals al-fresco on the covered terrace, which provides welcome shade on those sunny summer days. *Please note, the three bedrooms each have spacious beds made up of two single mattresses on a double bed frame.
