Binibeca Vell is one of the most popular spots for visitors to the island, with its white houses and charming architectural style. It is located on the south coast of Menorca and belongs to the municipality of Sant Lluis. Its hallmark is the completely whitewashed Menorcan houses; there are no large hotels, no hustle or bustle. The two most important starting points are the famous "Fisherman's Village," which concentrates the infrastructure around it, including restaurants, small shops, supermarkets, and also a car rental and ice cream parlor, and the beautiful beach with its small pine grove and picnic areas. "Vela Llatina" is about a 10-15 minute walk from both locations, which is very convenient and also means that its location is perfectly quiet. The house is situated in a slightly elevated part of Binibeca Vell, and its first-floor terrace offers a wide view over the beautiful urbanization to the sea. It is a modern-style villa.
