Villa Verania is a contemporary three-bedroom villa with a very large south facing terrace and private pool. The villa has private access from the road and parking for one vehicle within the grounds. The villa is located in the enviable area near the Parador Hotel - just a short walk down to Burriana Beach and a 15-minute stroll into the historic centre of Nerja and the famous Balcón de Europa. There are plenty of restaurants, bars, supermarkets, and shops within a short walk of the villa. Villa Verania is next door to our Villa Daisy - and near all of our properties in the Parador area. To one side of the entrance hall is a twin bedroom and to the other a separate shower room with toilet and wash basin and the open plan living room/diner and modern kitchen area.
