The villa is next door to our Villa Los Leones and very near all of our other properties in the Parador area. The traditional style villa is built over 3 floors. On the ground floor leading off from the entrance hall there is a fully fitted kitchen, WC and a lounge and dining room with patio doors leading out to a covered terrace and the pool area which is also the perfect place for enjoying your lunch/dinner al fresco. It is situated only a 15-minute walk away from the heart of Nerja in a quiet residential area close to the Parador Hotel and an 8-minute walk to the famous Burriana Beach. It is next door to our Villa Flamingo and Villa Los Leones, and is very near to all of our other properties in the Parador area.
