The 70 m² holiday flat is located on the first floor of a residential building, just a few metres from the beach. The house was last renovated in 2014 and can accommodate four to five people. From the living room you also have access to the balcony. There is a table and chairs at your disposal and you can enjoy a great view of the sea and the surrounding mountains. You can park your car on the street; there are usually free spaces there. The flat has two bedrooms, one with a double bed (1,50 m x 2,00 m) and the other with a bunk bed (each 0,90 m x 1,90 m) and another single bed (0,90 m x 1,90 m). Both bedrooms also have a wardrobe and from the main bedroom there is access to the flat's balcony. The bathroom, with light-coloured tiles, is equipped with a shower, washbasin and toilet. The small kitchenette is equipped with a cooker with oven, refrigerator with freezer, microwave and coffee machine. In the living room you will find a folding dining table and four chairs, as well as a sofa and a TV. The flat is equipped with a washing machine, iron and free WiFi. Small dogs are allowed. The nearest beach and the sea are only about 100 metres away. Only a few hundred metres away there is a larger supermarket and the nearest public transport stop.
