The barbecue will be ideal to enjoy a meal with your companions in the outdoor dining area, but in addition, another terrace on the first floor will offer you incredible views. The 140 m2 house is distributed in two floors. On the ground floor you will find a spacious living-dining room equipped with a fireplace and AC that will be ideal to extend your evenings, as well as a bedroom, also with AC and a double bed. The kitchen, independent and gas, is prepared for you to cook in total comfort. Two bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub, serve this floor. The stairs lead to the upper floor, where there is another living room and two bedrooms with AC. One of them has a double bed and the other has two single beds. There is a washing machine, iron, ironing board and portable radiators. If you are travelling with your baby, we can provide a cot and high chair. The views from the property are superb. You can admire the centre of the village from the pool as well as the green fields, the mountains and even the sea. Imagine your days of rest swimming alone or basking in the sun on one of the 5 sun loungers, surrounded by the protected Tramuntana mountain range. The chlorine pool sizes 4 x 4 metres and has a water depth of 1.5 metres. It is placed at the right centre of the wonderful terrace with several levels, something that makes it quite special. In front of it, there is a fantastic attached terrace furnished with a table and chairs to enjoy your dinner alfresco and under the starry sky, with the only company of the lights of the village, an unforgettable experience! The house is distributed over two tastefully decorated floors. The entrance hall leads to the dining room and the kitchen. The first one, has a Mallorcan style palpable in its natural stone walls and rustic furniture, which includes a large table with designer chairs to sit and eat together. After three steps and a large archway, we access the kitchen, equipped with rustic furniture, induction, oven, microwave and everything you will need to cook like at home.
