Villa Es Moli is located in Santa Margalida (north of Mallorca). It is ideal for those seeking tranquility, as it is situated in a rural area very close to the sea. The house was an old typical Mallorcan mill, featuring a sunny swimming pool and a private garden. It includes sun loungers, an umbrella, and a beautiful terrace with mountain views. The house has a living room with satellite TV, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, and a bedroom with a double bed. In the spacious living room, there is a large sofa bed. Among other amenities, it includes a washing machine, iron, microwave, and toaster. Note 1. Final cleaning costs are included in the rental price. This does not exempt the client from their obligation to take care of the property. Nothing will be deducted from the deposit as long as the use of the house is reasonable. Note 2.
