Today we were invited by Mateo to visit his villa Sa Caseta de Castellet together. A small but beautiful holiday home that offers everything you need for a holiday without sacrificing luxury. When we arrive at the villa, we realise that it is located on a beautiful estate surrounded by lots of trees, completely hidden away in a fabulous, secluded spot. Mateo (the owner) and his dog, who lives in the finca, give you a warm welcome. If you wish, the dog can be kept in his kennel so he doesn't roam free. We were really impressed by that alone! Everything is so natural here and after a short time you no longer feel like you're just on holiday. The strikingly large pool with outdoor shower is at the side of the house. The pool with its meandering pattern is child-friendly and has an oval step access. The pool area is surrounded by a large, spacious sun terrace with six sun loungers. The 8 x 4 metres and 1 to 1.7 metres water depth chlorine pool is the main character. Our guests enjoy cooling down and swimming after sunbathing on the 4 sun loungers. A wonderful porch covered by the vine invites to have a family lunch or to spend a nice evening with your friends. The built-in barbecue will serve for that, and you will be delighted with the delicious grilled meats and vegetables. You will find a large table with chairs by the barbecue as well as an annexed little house with a great dining area, so you can choose where to spend the evening. The 65 m2 house is a true wonder. When you enter, you find a great open space comprising the living room, the dining area and the kitchen with a lively style full of colour. Here, you can rest on the sofa by the TV with satellite channels after enjoying a good banquet cooked at the great kitchen, which is perfectly equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, microwave and much more. Sleeping up to 8 guests across 4 bedrooms, the villa offers unbeatable value in a location where a car is not essential. The interiors are cozy and beautifully appointed, the gardens are inviting, and the newly installed pool is attractive – all the ingredients for a memorable holiday! Inside, the villa is arranged over 2 floors. The lower ground floor is occupied by a huge covered terrace and a useful shower room by the pool. The upper floor, accessed by an external staircase, offers a large, fully-equipped kitchen, a spacious living and dining room, 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The bedrooms are made up of 2 doubles and 2 twins, but the twin beds can be pushed together to form doubles if guests wish. One of the bedrooms boasts its own en-suite shower room, whilst the remaining 3 bedrooms share a family bathroom. The outside of the house offers you a private chlorine pool with a size of 11mx4.5m and a depth of between 1.2m and 2m. After enjoying breakfast on the shady terrace, you can enjoy sunbathing on one of the six sunbeds and refresh yourself from time to time in the outdoor shower. The front porch is a very nice and quiet place where you can have an aperitif before going out for dinner in the evening. If you prefer, you can also make use of the mobile barbecue and prepare a delicious dinner for your guests. As it is located in an urbanization, you have neighbours nearby but the plot is fenced so that you do not lose your privacy. The interior of the house is on two floors. On the ground floor there is a large living-dining room, equipped with satellite TV and a CD and DVD player if you wish to listen to music or watch a film. Next, you will find the gas kitchen with all the necessary utensils to cook comfortably and there are two tables, one in the living room and the other in the kitchen.
