Lovely new villa in Cala Blanca within 300mt from the beach, now with aire acondicionado in the whole house. It's really quiet but within a walking distance to all sort of amenities and leisure. Cala Blanca is a tourist resort that offers a good choice of supermarkets, shops, boutiques, bars and restaurants with sea view, medical services and children's clubs. You can also walk to Cala Santandria (1km) Both beaches are partially equipped with sunbeds and parasol and well served by restaurants, bars and shops. The house has 3 confortable double bedrooms, 2 showerooms and, now, air conditionning in the whole house. Everything is new and of good quality.
