Just outside Ciutadella de Menorca lies the luxurious Villa Xipell 9 in a quiet residential area with little traffic. The modern holiday home with light-flooded rooms has a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms on 2 floors and offers space for 6 people. From the bedroom on the first floor you have direct access to the upper sun terrace. There is also Wi-Fi, fans, a washing machine, air conditioning (only in the bedrooms) and a television at your disposal. The outdoor area leaves nothing to be desired with its terrace with awning and barbecue as well as a large pool with sun loungers. Here or on the terrace on the first floor, from which you have a fantastic view of the Mediterranean surroundings, you can enjoy relaxing holidays. The nearest small supermarket is 1 km away and the centre of Ciutadella de Menorca with numerous restaurants, shops and bars is only a few minutes' drive away.
