Immersed in a lush green garden, there is a chlorine private pool, 10 m x 4 m large and 1.3 to 1.45 m depth, which will give you very great moments. Next to it, you can sunbathe on 8 sun loungers, have a drink in the fresh air and make delicious barbecues as well as taste them under the porch. The house distributes its stays into two heights, although there are different levels between them. Thus, when you come into the main floor, there is a really beautiful living-dining room with TV-SAT, separated by a half wall of the kitchen, stay that is equipped with ceramic cooktop. Behind it, you have access to a shower bathroom and from the dining area you gain access to another living room. The 175sqm house was only newly built in winter 2016 with high quality materials. The open living-dining room with an open and adjoining kitchen is very bright and spacious.
