The holiday home has a living room with living area, fireplace and panoramic windows with sea views, a well equipped, very modern designer kitchen with dining area, dishwasher, microwave, toaster and fridge/freezer, 3 bedrooms and a bathroom and offers space for 6 people. The equipment also includes Wi-Fi, washing machine and dryer, a television with satellite TV and DVD player, a cot and a high chair. Outside there is a private sun terrace with direct panoramic views over the Majorcan coast and the deep blue Mediterranean Sea. One bedroom has access to a wonderful balcony with sea view. Due to the glass balustrade you can see and hear the sound of the sea as soon as you wake up. Within a radius of 500m to 1 km you will find several restaurants, which you can reach in 7 - 12 minutes on foot. Several supermarkets are only a few minutes away by car in Costa dels Pins or in Cala Millor. The next beach "Platja de Sa Marjal" is within 1,1 km or 12 minutes walking distance. Our attractive, well-maintained holiday home in Mallorca sits on a 500 m² plot in a quiet side street of Cala Millor. The town center, pedestrian zone, and beach are just a short walk away. From the two covered terraces, you have direct access to the lovingly landscaped Mediterranean garden, where you can relax outdoors. The house accommodates up to five guests and features three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room with fireplace, air conditioning in the bedrooms, central gas heating, Wi-Fi, satellite TV, and a spacious rooftop terrace with hammocks and sun loungers. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher. A washing machine, dryer, bed linen, and towels are also provided.
