The cosy accommodation has 2 floors and consists of a living room (with a sofa-bed), a well-equipped kitchen (with a dishwasher), 2 bedrooms (one with 2 single beds, and both of them with fitted wardrobes), as well as 1 bathroom. It can therefore accommodate up to 6 people. Amenities also include Wi-Fi, air conditioning,a washing machine and a Smart TV. Admire the beautiful sea views from the small balcony, which can be accessed from the main room, or enjoy a delicious meal at the dining table of the first floor terrace. This Spanish-style holiday villa is situated on a sunny hillside on Ibiza's east coast, overlooking the town and beach of Cala Llonga. The place offers numerous restaurants, bars, shops and other amenities. The fine sandy beach offers everything you could want for a beach holiday. Place and beach are within 10 minutes walking distance. The house itself extends over three levels and consists of a street level entryway with a staircase leading to the central floor. From there you enter the living room, which leads to a covered terrace from which you can enjoy the breathtaking views over a meal or a cool drink.
