Can Emyla is a modern house with a minimalist style, located in a new area a few minutes from the new Nobu Hotel and Talamanca Beach. The house is newly built and has two floors plus a basement. On the ground floor we find: hall, living room, a bathroom with shower, a double bedroom with access to the terrace, kitchen with island, completely equipped and direct access to the main terrace and laundry room with washing machine, dryer and access to the rear terrace. On the first floor: a bathroom with shower, two exterior double bedrooms and one suite with balcony and bathroom with bathtub and double shower. In the basement we find two warehouses and a complete gym with elliptical, treadmill, bike, dumbbells, rack, kettlebell...etc. The house has an outdoor terrace with pool and relaxation area with sunbeds for 8 people and barbecue.
