Children 6 years old of older are welcome. Unfortunatelly, we cannot acommodate babies or younger children. The house has 2 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom and a toilet. Fully equipped kitchen, dining area and 2 small terraces where breakfast or relax with a glass of wine. The house is compact and cozy. The bedrooms and the toilet are on the top floor. The area is lively and safe. There are a variety of good restaurants, terraces and bars where you can have a drink, all accessible on foot. The port of Palma is a 10-minute walk from the house. The shopping district is 5 minutes walk away.The nearest airport is Palma de Mallorca, located 9 km away. There is a regular bus line that connects the airport with the city centre, with a stop not far from the house. The ecotax in not included in the final price and will be charged at 2,2€ per adult and per night from may to october and 1,65€ the rest of months....
