It is extended on a plot of more than 1000 m² and is located about 150 meters from the sea and famous Playa de Palma. Villa Maravillas has an area of 300 m², distributed between two floors: the ground floor has an ample entrance hall, a large living room with TV, a fully equipped kitchen, a double bedroom with two single beds, and a bathroom.
