It is a two storey house recently built Majorcan style on a plot of 500 m2. Opposite the house is the pool of 26 m2 and covered terraces with beautiful view over the blue sea. Barbecue, located under one of the covered terraces next to the kitchen, we can enjoy a leisurely meal. The kitchen, with terraces and sea views, includes dishwasher plus all the modern conveniences. A room with satellite TV, a spacious room with 2 beds, a walk in closet and a bathroom addition to the entrance room complete the ground floor. On the top floor there is a bathroom, two bedrooms with two beds and a living room and access to a covered terrace with spectacular views over the sea. This beautiful finca holiday home in a villa style has a very unique top location that you will rarely find in our portfolio: "Can Pelara" is only about 1500 m from the beautiful double bay "Cala Mondrago" and "Cala S'Amarador" ". You can easily walk there from the property. A pretty coastal path leads through the typical Mediterranean landscape to the two neighboring fine sandy beaches with an extremely flat entrance. Both are therefore among the most child-friendly beaches on Mallorca. At the same time, both beaches are not completely crowded even in high season. Anyway, you would have the choice between this double bay and several other beaches on the local south coast of Mallorca.
