Beautiful finca for 6 people, equipped to a high standard with barbecue, terrace, Mediterranean garden and pool for sole use near Es Llombards near Santanyi. Finca Can Simonet is located on a plot of 17 hectares very close to the village of Es Llombards and was completed in 2010. It is very close to Cala Llombards and the famous Es Trenc beach and meets the highest standards. The spacious living/dining room has a dining table with chairs and a cozy sofa area with a flat screen in front of the fireplace. You will receive German television. The villa has three bedrooms for two people each. If there are seven of you, we will put an extra bed in one of the bedrooms. You will sleep in one of the two double or single beds. With a total of four bathrooms, you have plenty of privacy. One of the bathrooms is en suite. The kitchen is fully equipped to a very high standard. There is a summer kitchen by the pool area with a large dining table and oven. Of course there is also a barbecue in the outdoor area. All rooms are at ground level. In the large underground garage (164 sqm) there is a table tennis table. From the upper terrace you have a great view over Es Llombards to Ses Salines. Finca on the edge of Es Llombards built in Mallorcan style and guaranteeing a vacation close to all beaches and bays. The layout of the finca is such that even with six people everyone can have their own area. The finca was built in 1920 and renovated in 2018. At the beginning of 2023 there was a small refreshment in some areas. The dining room is furnished with an oval table and behind it, before entering the living room, there is a cozy chill-out area. The air conditioning unit located here allows you to control the temperature from mid-June to the end of September. There are three bedrooms. One of the bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom; the second bathroom, which is very spacious and has direct access to the terrace, can be accessed via the living room. The kitchen is equipped with the usual amenities. The finca is very quietly located approx. 1 km outside the village of Es Llombards in the direction of Ses Salines at the end of a cul-de-sac.
