South of Mallorca in peace and quiet, you will find the vacation home "Stella Maris" in the town of Cala Pi. Cala Pi is characterized by its beautiful golden beach situated between protective high cliffs, the old watchtower, nice restaurants, bars, and a supermarket, and all that at about 100 meters distance. This ground-floor apartment has two covered terraces, each with its own dining table, a patio with sunbeds, a separate outside toilet, and its own private pool. At the rear is a natural park, at the front is a parking lot where you can park your car. The interior is very tastefully done. Every detail has been taken care of, a wonderfully comfortable couch, a large open kitchen and a dining table in the middle make you feel right at home. There are two bedrooms, both with a double bed. One of them is also a bunk bed. The bathroom has a sink and a shower. Who wants to go out by car, within half an hour drive there are lovely villages and beautiful beaches to visit such as Colonia de Sant Jordi, Santanyi, Beach Es Trenc, Ses Covetes or to a hip beach club Mhares Sea Club. Large supermarkets such as Lidl, Mercadona, Eroski and Aldi can be found in Campos. Recommended is a visit to one of the wineries in the region. Those who want to cherish the nightlife are advised to drive to El Arenal or Cala D´Or....

The master bedroom has a large doble bed and direct access to the terrace. The second bedroom has 1 single bed that can be turned into a double size bed to accomodate an extra guest. The kitchen is fully equiped. It is tastefully decorated and has been integrated in the lounge. From the lounge you can access the terrace, with is confortably furnished with and outdoor dining set, a large sofa and barbeque. High Speed internet and air conditioning in the lounge to ensure comfort. A baby cot and high chair are available upon request, free of charge. This is a non smoking home. The exteriors are very beautiful. In front of the construction, with an ibizan air, you have a wonderful chlorine private pool, 8 x 4 m and 0.6 to 1.8 m depth. Next to it, there is a space where to enjoy the sun on the 9 sun loungers or a drink, as well as a furnished porch. Then, a terrace invites you to have breakfast or make barbecues in the fresh air.
