Cool off in the chlorinated pool of 6 x 3 m with a depth ranging from 1 m to 2 m. There is a large garden with a swing for children, and a terrace with a barbecue. You can spend great evenings and enjoy the tranquility of the area under the fully-furnished porch. On the first floor, there is another furnished terrace which is accessed to from two bedrooms. The 150 m2 villa, distributed over two floors, has four bedrooms. At the back of the house you will find the marvellous chlorine pool which sizes 6 x 3.5 meters and has a depth that goes from 1 to 1.9 meters. It is surrounded by a beautiful terrace where you can sunbathe on a sunbed or enjoy the summer weather. From this area we get into the amazing furnished porch which includes an area to for lunches and dinners outdoors or enjoy a delicious barbecue, and there is also an relax area with a sofa and two armchairs to have a vermouth or a drink before going out in the evening. The plot is fenced, it has direct neighbours and privacy is partial. The 400 m2 house has two floors. On the ground floor we find a comfortable and luminous living-dining room which includes two sofas where you can watch TV or relax while listening to a music CD. The dining table can accommodate 6 people and from that same area we have access to the back porch. The kitchen, with ceramic hob, is also very ample, it includes a table for 4 people and it is fully equipped. It also has access to the back porch.
