Beautiful finca renovated in 2022 in Cala Pi on Mallorca. Suitable for up to 6 adults with a large pool and well-kept garden in second line to the sea. For the very young guests we have a cosy baby cot that can be set up. The 210 m² house has 3 bedrooms, all with double beds and fitted wardrobes. There are 2 bathrooms with large walk-in showers - one on each floor. In the upper bathroom we have two washbasins. The proximity to the dream bay "Cala Pi" (approx. 10 minutes' walk) allows natural cooling in summer; in addition, air conditioning is available in all bedrooms, which can be used for heating in the cold months. A supermarket and several cosy restaurants are within easy walking distance. Or make yourself comfortable on the cosy sofas in the living room with fireplace while watching TV (satellite TV), reading a good book or surfing the Internet (fibre optic 600 Mbit up & down).
