Very nice house of over 180 m2 living space in a beautiful garden of 3,000 m2 and with a grandiose view of the sunset with fantastic play of colors near Cala Tarida / Moli. Especially in autumn, the mainland can be seen against the setting sun. The house stands high up on a mountain slope in a very quiet location with its own water source and electricity solar production system. In the lower area of the house there is a garage, car pool, technical room and the ping-pong table. In the upper part, a newly renovated open kitchen with island. Two double bedrooms and another room with three beds. Every room has its own bathroom. One of the double rooms even has direct access to the swimming pool. There are two dining places on the terrace. A covered lounge has also been created. Several natural stone paved paths lead through the beautifully landscaped garden.
