Very nice house of over 180 m2 living space in a beautiful garden of 3,000 m2 and with a grandiose view of the sunset with fantastic play of colors near Cala Tarida / Moli. Especially in autumn, the mainland can be seen against the setting sun. The house stands high up on a mountain slope in a very quiet location with its own water source and electricity solar production system. In the lower area of the house there is a garage, car pool, technical room and the ping-pong table. In the upper part, a newly renovated open kitchen with island. Two double bedrooms and another room with three beds. Every room has its own bathroom. One of the double rooms even has direct access to the swimming pool. There are two dining places on the terrace. A covered lounge has also been created. Several natural stone paved paths lead through the beautifully landscaped garden. It is in Port des Torrent, Sant Josep de Sa Talaia, with the best views of the sea and the bay of San Antonio, close to the paradisiacal coves in the area, Cala Bassa, Comte beaches, Port des Torrent, Cala Tarida. It has 5 double rooms and 5 bathrooms. The main part of the house is made up of a huge living-dining room and American kitchen, along with a large terrace overlooking the bay that we access directly from the living room and kitchen, at the back we have the BBQ area with a large porch where we can access the pool. Sound system, Smart TV, Air conditioning, Radiator heating. The Chill Out and the terraces of the villa are prepared to be able to enjoy the views during the day, the sunset and the beautiful night lighting as well.
