The villa is pristine, with a lighted barbecue zone to the rear of the property, private swimming pool, independent and fully equipped kitchen, a lovely dining area with a table that can be extended to 2.40 m. There is a downstairs WC and a covered terrace overlooking the pool. The villa is air-conditioned through-out with a fan in the master bedroom, with ensuite bathroom adapted for disabled users with a large shower and water bench to sit on, with built in wardrobe and with access to the balcony and sea-views. The second bedroom has a double bed with built-in wardrobe while the third bedroom had two single beds and access to the balcony. These two bedrooms share a good sized bathroom with shower. In the lounge area, there is a double sofa-bed, so the full capacity of the villa is eight.
