It is located just 50 metres from the beach and features a large swimming pool, a barbecue area, and a shaded terrace. This villa offers the simple joy of sunshine, the sea, and an ideal location for your holiday. Just stepping out of the villa, you can find yourself on the golden sands of Cap Roig beach—one of the finest beaches in the area—in under sixty seconds. The main entrance to the villa is via an upper street where there is parking space for three vehicles. The villa has three comfortable bedrooms, one of which has an en-suite bathroom. The other two are standard bedrooms: one with two single beds, and the other with a double bed.
