Cozy villa very close to the town of Moraira and its beaches, with views of the green vineyards and Cap D'Or. Its pleasant exterior features several areas: a pool area with artificial turf and two different chill-out zones with armchairs and umbrellas, another outdoor dining area with a table for 12 people, a barbecue area, and also a shaded rear section for escaping the sun and reading, all on the same level as the main floor. All interior and exterior furniture is from 2023/25 and offers all the amenities you may need. The lower floor is distributed into two areas, all on the same level: the first, with a living room with two sofas and an armchair, a dining room with a table for 8 and access to the outside, 3 bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower, and a kitchen. In the other part of the lower floor, we find another living room, with a dining area for 4, a fireplace, 2 bedrooms for 2 people each, and 2 bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower. On the upper floor, with exterior access, there is a suite with a bathroom with a bathtub and a balcony with a comfortable rocking chair and an awning for relaxing while enjoying the views. There is a path leading down to the resort's centre, 15 minutes' away by foot or a short drive. The upmarket Moraira marina is a great spot for people watching and indulging in some delicious delights.
