Beautiful Mediterranean style villa, located in one of the best areas of Moraira, 800 metres from the magnificent beach of El Portet, and a kilometre and a half from the centre of Moraira. Both in Moraira and its surroundings, you can enjoy its wonderful beaches and paradisiacal coves, magnificent restaurants where you can delight yourself with the appreciated gastronomy of the area and find various places of leisure, supermarkets and shops. From Villa Carmen you can reach the neighbouring towns of Benissa, Calpe, Benitachell, Denia and Javea in just a few minutes. The property is a country house with a fenced plot of land. On entering, there is a driveway leading down the plot to the covered parking area, although there is space to leave more cars outside the covered area.
