Surroundings The holiday home Sitjoles is located between Campos and Sa Rapita, on an enclosed plot of approx. 2500 m2 in the neighbourhood of a few other houses and has a lovingly landscaped garden. Campos, with its shops and restaurants, is approx. 6.5 km away. The popular and well-known white sandy beach Es Trenc is about 10 km away. The island's capital Palma de Mallorca with its many sights can be reached in approx. 20 minutes by car. Numerous tall palm trees, large lawns and lush, colourful flower beds adorn the garden area, where several peacocks roam freely. The owner keeps pigeons in a bird house. In front of the house is a terrace with a pergola overhung by bougainvilleas. There is a dining area and a barbecue for culinary delights. To the side is another covered terrace. The large pool (11 m x 6 m, min. depth 1 m, max. depth 2 m) offers refreshment and while sunbathing on the adjoining terrace you will be captivated by the enchanting scent of the local flowers.
