This beautiful house of two floors has a private chlorine pool with a size of 8m x 4 m and a depth ranging between 1.00 m and 1.80 m. Surrounded by a garden with 4 chairs, it is the favorite place to be of our guests for sunbathing. The house has a furnished porch and for people who like to cook outside there is a barbecue at your disposal. The living-dining room is equipped with AC and TV-sat. The kitchen, with ceramic hob, shares the same room with the living-dining room, where you will find all the utensils you need to cook during your holiday. There is a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. The house has three bedrooms with AC and 3 bathrooms. One bedroom with a double bed and en suite bathroom is on the ground floor of the house. On the first floor you will find one bedroom with a double bed and one bedroom with two single beds. The terrain is fenced and there are no direct neighbors, so you will enjoy complete privacy. The interior design combines an authentic, rural atmosphere with modern materials and finishes. The living- and dining room shows wooden beams and natural stone walls, while it counts with air conditioning and television, as well as a fire place for the colder days, to enjoy a good book or a relaxing nap on the sofa.
