A modern and fully equipped kitchen is located nearby. There are two bedrooms on this ground floor; one double and one triple, as well a large bathroom. Upstairs you will find two double bedrooms both with ensuite bathroom, a triple bedroom and a toilet. Each room has large closets and black out curtains. Located just outside the village of Jesus, and halfway to the beach S'estanyol both the beach and the Talamanca is reached by walking in less than 20 min. and by car in 5 min. It is far from the city of Ibiza 3 km allowing walk a pleasant walk through the wetland Ses Feixes de Talamanca. fully fenced house, overlooking the sea and mountains, as well as the walled city of D'Alt Vila (Eivissa). The villa has many outdoor spaces around the house, with a full kitchen on the outside composed of gas cooker, dishwasher, sink and chill out areas that allow you to fully enjoy the great outdoors.
