In the Can Pep Simó urbanisation, 5 minutes by car from the city centre and the marinas of Ibiza and Marina Botafoch. The Mediterranean-style villa with contemporary details and decoration is south-facing and offers magnificent panoramic views of the sea, Dalt Vila, the bay of Talamanca and Formentera in the background. The nearest beaches are Talamanca and S'Estanyol, both about 5-10 minutes away by car. This is a holiday home in Fincallorca. LAYOUT: A wooden door opens onto a patio from where we can already see the marvellous views. From the patio we access the different rooms that make up the house, all of which are independent and distributed on different levels.
