The villa is constructed on a plot of 750 m2 and has 4 large bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (1 en suite) and a luxurious open-plan kitchen dining area The elegantly decorated living space is bright and welcoming and surrounded by glass doors that open out onto the picturesque pool and garden. The vast living room space with a huge sofa and large smart TV then opens out into the dining area and fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar. There is a separate unity room next to this offering everything you would needed for your holiday stay. The first bedroom is located on the ground floor and is bright and airy and has doors that open out on to the garden. There is a spacious, contemporary bathroom/wet room just alongside it which has a toilet and walk-in shower. You enter the property into a pleasant lounge/dining area with stunning views of La Manga Club and Mar Menor. There is free Wi-Fi and hot and cold air conditioning throughout the villa for your comfort. The well equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, ceramic hob, electric oven, kettle, fridge-freezer, microwave and toaster. The washing machine is situated in the en-suite bathroom. It was completely modernised and refurbished to the highest standard in 2015. All our guests have given us great reviews commenting on the quality of furbishment and the "home from home" feel of the villa. The villa is ideal for both a family holiday or an adults only trip. Set in tranquil, landscaped gardens, with a large expanse of grass perfect for children to play safely on,this traditional style, 2 storey villa is air-conditioned throughout.
