Pleasantly furnished, well positioned 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa with immediate parking adjacent to the front entrance. A few steps lead to the front door which gives entry to a small vestibule and on to the accommodation which is arranged on 3 levels. The ground floor consists of lounge/dining and kitchen in an open plan arrangement. The lounge/dining area is well furnished giving a very relaxed feel and accesses a BBQ terrace with lovely views of the surrounding area. The kitchen is very well equipped for a self-catering break. Accessed from the main floor, the upper level incorporates a larger than average master bedroom with a queen sized bed and en-suite shower room. There is also s cosy terrace area with stunning views. The downstairs accommodation encompasses the 2nd bedroom with 2 single beds (which can be arranged as a king sized bed) and an en-suite bathroom. In addition here, we have the 3rd bedroom with 2 single beds and a separate shower room. Los Molinos Community is a delightfully relaxing development set in glorious surrounds.
