There is 1 private parking space The house is owned by the Danish artist, Steen Karlsen, as you can see from the many beautiful paintings around the house. In the living room there is a dining area, a sofa (sofa bed for 2 people) and a fully equipped open kitchen. Exit to the conservatory with a view of the Mediterranean, where you can sit and enjoy the Spanish evenings. On this floor there is also a toilet.
