Note that heating the pool can take several days depending on the water starting temperature, the air temperature, if there’s a breeze, the hours of sunshine and whether or not the pool cover/thermal blanket is in place, with the latter being the only variable that we have control over, and so it is in your interest to give us as much notice as possible. We will always do our best to accommodate your arrival and departure requirements, whether that be an earlier or later than 4pm check-in, or an earlier or later than 10am check-out.
