Guests also have access to a shared outdoor area with a tennis court within a 15-minute walk. The property is located near a large and well-kept sandy beach and close to S'Agaró and Sant Feliu de Guíxols. There are several supermarkets within a couple of minutes drive and in the vicinity there are golf courses, a water park, an amusement park and a climbing park. 2 parking spaces are available on the property and a parking space is available in a garage.
