A former stable block converted in 2017 into a stunning studio apartment overlooking a vineyard in Barranco Ferrer (in the municipality of Rubite), with access to the owner's private pool and hot tub, and only 7km from the lovely beaches of the Costa Tropical. Best of both worlds from only €30 per night! Big enough for a child's bed or a travel cot at an additional small charge. This was a brand new stable conversion, completed for the 2017 season. It boasts a comfortable double bed, a fully equipped kitchen (with electric 3-hobs and an oven), a washing machine for long stays, and a fully equipped bathroom with shower. WIFI is also included. Overlooking the valley beyond the village, the Vine Studio is above one of the village vineyards, and Mike and Lucy will leave you a complimentary bottle of their delicious organic and natual red wine, made from the very grapes you can see growing outside your window. It has parking next door, a private terrace with BBQ, and is just a few metres away from the shared pool and hot tub. Owners Mike and Lucy live in the village and are always on hand to offer advice or help on what to see and do in this beautiful part of Spain. Please note, car hire is essential, as the village is only accessed by crossing a dried up river bed and then climbing up a 1.5km tarmacked track/narrow road. Many villages in this part of Spain have similar access roads...

The Ranch Studio in the beautiful small village of El Ferrer offers exceptional value accommodation for 1 or 2 people. Fully equipped with its own small private terrace, and shared swimming pool and hot tub. It boasts it's own private entrance, a parking space, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom and a double bed and sofa. There is also a small terrace with a small BBQ for outdoor cooking. It also has a washing machine, very useful for long stays. Right next door and in a quiet and secluded setting is the shared pool and hot tub. It comes fully equipped with all you should need for your stay, including bed linen and indoor towels. Please supply your own pool/beach towels and hairdryer if required. There is no TV. Houses are ready from 2pm on your day of arrival, and have to be vacated by 10am on your departure day. A basic welcome pack will be provided by us with a few essential ingredients, but there are many local supermarkets, though in Spain they are closed on Sundays, so if you are planning to arrive late on a Saturday, shop before you get here. There is good mobile phone cover in the village, and FREE WIFI in the Ranch Studio....
