Casa Hellas is an incredibly charming town house with a superb location! The home has an authentic charm, and with capacity for 8 guests, the cozy, yellow house will provide you with the perfect base for an unforgettable holiday. The holiday home is situated in the very small, cozy and historic village Castellet. We actually had the pleasure of visiting the village this spring (2022) and had a fabulous lunch (menu-del-dia) in the local restaurant, which is 100 meters down the street from Casa Hellas. Both the food and the wine was fantastic, and we highly recommend that you do the same if you decide to spend your holiday in Casa Hellas! Casa Hellas has a natural park and the beautiful Foix River as its next door neighbour, thus providing you with plenty of hiking opportunities. If you stand on the upper terrace, you can look down on the river, and see the medieval Castle further up the hill. It's really quite something special! On top of that, Casa Hellas is only 12 km. away from the beautiful Costa Daurada beaches in the one direction, and 12 km. away from the fantastic wine district Penedés in the other direction. Our house has 3 double rooms and 3 single rooms. 3 full bathrooms. The house was built in 1800 and located on the edge of the Costa Daurada in the famous wine region El Penedes. The house has an area of 600 m2 and garden and related fields measured in whole on 10 hectares. Outside there is a pool (4.5 x 10 m) with garden furniture and a courtyard with stables and a barbecue area with a brick table with seating for 10 people. Typical of a century old country house is the kitchen, a very well-preserved kitchen from the 18th century with all furniture and appliances of the time, but right next to a modern kitchen with all necessary household appliances, as well as the interior decoration of the villa with plenty of antique furniture but with modern comforts. Satelitenfehrnsehen and Internet are available. The house has 3 Arabian horses, cats, and chickens to daily fresh eggs to have. One can bask in the morning on the beach and in the evening enjoy the sunset by the pool with a good glass of red wine. Fruit trees and a vegetable garden are, depending on the season, available for their own use of guests....
