This wonderful house is destined to spend a wonderful holiday in Calafell, close to the beach. It has a large Mediterranean garden, which surrounds the house and with a magnificent swimming pool in the middle. There is a separate barbecue area. From the garden there is access to the private tennis court of approved size. By courtesy of the owner, guests are provided with rackets and balls to enjoy the exciting friendly tournaments. The house is distributed over two floors. On the ground floor there is a double bedroom with separate beds, a full bathroom, large kitchen, air-conditioned living-dining room with access to the porch and a large billiard room. On the upper floor there are 3 double bedrooms and two full bathrooms. All the rooms on the upper floor have air-conditioning. It is a typical Mediterranean style house, perfectly preserved. Without a doubt, if you choose this house for your family holidays, you will enjoy it. Distance to the beach 1 km, 12 min walking. The right is reserved not to accept groups under 25 years old.
