Our house has 3 double rooms and 3 single rooms. 3 full bathrooms. The house was built in 1800 and located on the edge of the Costa Daurada in the famous wine region El Penedes. The house has an area of 600 m2 and garden and related fields measured in whole on 10 hectares. Outside there is a pool (4.5 x 10 m) with garden furniture and a courtyard with stables and a barbecue area with a brick table with seating for 10 people. Typical of a century old country house is the kitchen, a very well-preserved kitchen from the 18th century with all furniture and appliances of the time, but right next to a modern kitchen with all necessary household appliances, as well as the interior decoration of the villa with plenty of antique furniture but with modern comforts. Satelitenfehrnsehen and Internet are available. The house has 3 Arabian horses, cats, and chickens to daily fresh eggs to have. One can bask in the morning on the beach and in the evening enjoy the sunset by the pool with a good glass of red wine.
