With direct staircase of private access to the sand of the beach of Fuentebravía. La Villa, an old house from the 50s rehabilitated with an exciting project of contemporary architecture, was used as a church, noted for its location, on a landscaped plot of 700 m2, with 30 m of sea frontage. Accommodation Five meters high on the sand of the beach of Fuentebravía, it is a building of traditional Andalusian architecture, recently restored by the architect Carlos Pedraza, with a contemporary project that has turned the original house into a serene and white unique space of living room and kitchen open to the porch with the entire Atlantic ahead, reserving the location of the bedrooms to the annexes and the tower that gives its name to the house.
