A safe, gorgeous sandy beach is within easy walking distance and several other spectacular beaches are only a short drive away. The villa is luxuriously furnished with a large, bright living room which has seating for 8 and satellite TV. The dining area has a large extendable table and also seating for 8. There are 3 bedrooms on the ground floor consisting of a twin room with its own ensuite bathroom and seperate door to the courtyard, and two further twin rooms with a shared family bathroom, together with the fully-fitted kitchen, making the house suitable for those who require downstairs accommodation. The Golf Villa El Portil in Nuevo Portil was beautifully remodeled by us in October 2015 and has 4 bedrooms with 8 beds, 3 bathrooms, 1 guest toilet, a large, high quality furnished living-dining area with fireplace, a high-quality ambience, a covered exterior dining area with 8 chairs, an outdoor kitchen with gas grill and gas flame, an outdoor lounge for 8-10 people, and more. The kitchen is fully equipped (cooker with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer cabinet, Nespresso coffee machine, ice machine), each bedroom has reversible air conditioning.
