Located less than 200 meters from one of the best beaches on the Costa de la Luz, Casa Almadraba offers that rare combination of beach proximity, a comfortable home, and a mature garden that is hard to find on the Cadiz coast. The house is situated in the exclusive Roche urbanization, on a quiet cul-de-sac street that ends at stairs leading directly down to the beach. The beach stretches 7km in one direction to the old tuna fishing port of Almadraba de Sancti Petri and about 500 meters in the other direction to small sandstone cliffs that form a series of coves known as the Calas de Conil. The house, with its distinct Andalusian style (whitewashed walls and tiled roofs), was built just under 20 years ago. It is surrounded by a mature garden featuring Mediterranean pines, palm trees, Dracaena trees, bougainvillea, and wisteria. It boasts a fabulous 10m x 5m saltwater (chlorine-free) pool, fenced off from the rest of the garden and surrounded by a traditional brick terrace and a bamboo pergola that filters the sun's rays (ideal for siestas).
