This beautiful Spanish-style rustic villa is located very peacefully in the hills near Conil. You can enjoy a fantastic panoramic view over meadows, rolling hills, and the sea in the distance. Although it's quietly situated, surrounded by the nature of Southern Spain, the nearest sandy beach is less than a 10-minute drive away. The approximately 10 x 5m pool is surrounded by a well-kept garden with many Mediterranean plants. The entire plot is about 1,200 square meters. The villa offers all comforts for up to 7-8 people: 4 large bedrooms: two with two single beds each (0.90 cm wide), one with a single bed and possibly an extra bed, and one with a double bed and an adjoining large balcony with a table and chairs. There are two bedrooms on the first floor and two on the second floor, making the villa ideally suited – also due to its size of 170 sqm – for holidays with two families. It is possible to add up to 3 additional people to the booking (maximum 11 people in total), with an additional charge of €20-€25 per day, depending on the period. Extra beds are available.
