This beautiful Spanish-style rustic villa is located very peacefully in the hills near Conil. You can enjoy a fantastic panoramic view over meadows, rolling hills, and the sea in the distance. Although it's quietly situated, surrounded by the nature of Southern Spain, the nearest sandy beach is less than a 10-minute drive away. The approximately 10 x 5m pool is surrounded by a well-kept garden with many Mediterranean plants. The entire plot is about 1,200 square meters. The villa offers all comforts for up to 7-8 people: 4 large bedrooms: two with two single beds each (0.90 cm wide), one with a single bed and possibly an extra bed, and one with a double bed and an adjoining large balcony with a table and chairs. There are two bedrooms on the first floor and two on the second floor, making the villa ideally suited – also due to its size of 170 sqm – for holidays with two families. It is possible to add up to 3 additional people to the booking (maximum 11 people in total), with an additional charge of €20-€25 per day, depending on the period. Extra beds are available. Located less than 200 meters from one of the best beaches on the Costa de la Luz, Casa Almadraba offers that hard-to-find combination on the Cadiz coast of beach access, a comfortable house, and a mature garden. The house is situated in the exclusive urbanization of Roche, on a quiet cul-de-sac street that ends in stairs leading directly down to the beach. The beach stretches for 7km in one direction to the old tuna fishing port of Sancti Petri and about 500 meters in the other direction to small sandstone cliffs that rise to form a series of coves known as the Calas de Conil. The house, with its distinct Andalusian style (whitewashed walls and tiled roofs), was built just under 20 years ago. It is surrounded by a mature garden with Mediterranean pines, palm trees, Dracaena, bougainvillea, and wisteria.
