The outdoor areas of the property are designed to enjoy the Mediterranean climate in complete peace and quiet. The private saltwater pool, measuring 10 x 5 metres and with a depth ranging from 1.40 to 1.90 metres, becomes the main meeting point for cooling off, swimming or relaxing in the sun on the loungers. Next to it, the outdoor shower adds extra comfort after a swim. On the first floor is the main living area, with an air-conditioned living room with satellite TV, open to the dining room. The induction kitchen is equipped with all the necessary utensils so you can cook just as you would at home. There is also a washing machine, iron and ironing board. When it is time to sleep, there are three bedrooms, all with air conditioning and en-suite bathrooms with a shower or bathtub. Two of them have a double bed and the other has two single bed...
