A particularly picturesque ambience welcomes guests to this unique mill villa near Consell. During the restoration carried out in 2005, great importance was attached to retaining the original atmosphere while at the same time adding modern comforts. The result is an all-round attractive home where up to five people can spend a relaxing holiday. The property is in a secluded but not rurally isolated location in a breezy neighbourhood with other houses and offers an ideal combination of privacy and infrastructure. A fantastic garden invites you to spend your days outdoors on the lush green lawns and beautifully landscaped terraces. Tall palm trees emphasise the Mediterranean ambience and provide visual appeal around the property. Right outside the front door is a fantastically curved pool decorated with eye-catching mosaic tiles. With a depth of 0.3 m to 1.8 m, you have the choice of simply leaning back in the shallow water or really swimming in the deep water. On a warm evening, simply lean back in the whirlpool, look up at the stars and savour the moment. The family-friendly character of Villa Moli d'en Mig is emphasised by a large children's playground in the middle of the garden. There's no room for boredom here and younger guests can play to their heart's content. A gravelled terrace stretches out in front of the house, where an awning provides breezy shade. You can enjoy yo...

The house features a spacious paved area as well as three terraces arranged in different settings: ideal spaces for enjoying breakfast outdoors, relaxing with views of the countryside or sharing a delicious barbecue and long after-meal conversations in good company. The interior is distributed over two floors and combines traditional Mallorcan character with modern comforts. The ground floor mainly serves as a passage and access area, where an old 17th-century olive press stands out, a charming corner that recalls the history of the finca. On the first floor is the main living area, with an air-conditioned living room with satellite TV, open to the dining room. The induction kitchen is equipped with all the necessary utensils so you can cook just as you would at home. There is also a washing machine, iron and ironing board.
