Firstly, it is a genuine natural stone villa in a secluded location and secondly, the beach and sea are only a few metres away from the house as the crow flies. Furthermore, we are not dealing with an urbanisation or some fishing village, no, the villa really is located on an undeveloped section of the east coast of Mallorca. The coastal landscape with its low cliffs and small sand and shingle coves is simply marvellous. Even in high season, the mini beaches are often empty.
