The lovely residential complex offers a spectacular shared chlorine pool measuring 17 x 3 metres, with a depth ranging from 1 to 1.9 metres. The adjacent children’s area measures 3 x 2 metres and is 0.5 metres deep. After returning from the beach, you can cool off in the pool and then relax on the apartment’s private terrace. On the other side of the house, you will also find a porch, ideal for enjoying a drink at sunset. The apartment is located on the ground floor, and from the terrace you have direct access to the shared pool. The interior offers bright and cosy spaces such as the living dining kitchen -with AC- where you can watch TV with satellite channels and cook on the ceramic hob. The washing machine is in the kitchen and you will also find an iron and ironing board. In the accommodation, you can rest in 2 bedrooms (both with a fan), one with a double bed and the other with 2 twin beds. A bathroom with a shower completes the apartment. And if you travel with your baby we can provide a cot and a high chair. Cala Ratjada is a great tourist destination within the island of Mallorca.
