Total 2700 m2 fenced privacy for you alone! The huge blue pool (10x5) from April until October swimable is separately fenced (for the kids), illuminated and has a sun terrace with loungers/cusions and parasols. The first floor is light and fresh, has an open kitchen with dishwasher, oven / microwave, induction hob, balcony adjacent to the living room with extra seating and dining table. all with Spanish vibes…. On the ground floor a veranda adjacent to the garden, also with big dining table and in the garage is the utility room with extra fridge / freezer for your cold drinks / ice cream at the pool!
