The La Goleta building is a seven-story property located on the front line of the South area of Xeraco Beach. The building offers covered and uncovered parking. Just a few meters away, you'll find sports facilities, parks, supermarkets, restaurants, bars, a pharmacy, a medical center, a Tourist Office, medical attention, and a cultural center. This apartment, situated on the sixth floor, features three bedrooms, a large bathroom, a living-dining room, and an independent kitchen with sea, beach, and mountain views. It also boasts a spacious east-facing terrace with spectacular sea and beach views. The apartment is equipped with bed linen and towels, and everything needed for cooking and setting the table. It includes a television, washing machine, microwave, and a parking space. Capacity: 6 people. GROUPS OF YOUNG PEOPLE (under thirty years of age) ARE NOT ALLOWED. PETS ARE ALLOWED with a maximum weight of 12 kilos (€7/night). Our apartments are delivered clean and include bed linen and towels (1 bath/shower towel per person, 2 hand towels per bathroom).
