This ninth floor flat, with lift, offers a spacious living-dining room where you can eat together or watch TV with a privileged view of the sea. The renovated kitchen has a gas hob, oven and everything you need for cooking. There is also a washing machine, iron and ironing board. There are 2 bathrooms in the house with bathtub, as well as 4 bedrooms with wardrobe, one with a double bed, two with two single beds and the last one with a single bed. There is a cot and a high chair available as well as 2 fans. The accommodation is located in Grau i Platja, a magical destination for lovers of good weather, the beach, pleasant walks and entertainment. The beach is only 10 metres walking distance from the flat, the golf course is 24 km away, and all the necessary services such as supermarket, bars, restaurants, cafes and so on are within easy reach. The residential complex has a communal chlorine pool, with dimensions of 15 m x 9 m and a depth ranging from 1.5 m to 2 m and several outdoor showers. However, not only adults but also children can refresh themselves, as there is a children's pool with a depth of 0.6 m. The pools are open from June to September and the tennis court is open all year round (please bring your own tennis racquets and balls). The flat has a private, furnished terrace with sea views. The bright living-dining room has a sofa-bed for two people and a gas cooker with all the necessary utensils to prepare your favourite dishes. It is a nice space to read a book, watch TV or watch a DVD with the children. The bedroom has two single beds and a fan. For colder days there are 2 radiators. The bathroom is en-suite and has a shower and a bidet. The flat is located in Playa de Gandia, a fine sandy beach where you will find all the necessary services for an unbeatable beach holiday.
