Residencial Dorasal is located at the southern end of Xeraco beach, beachfront (C/ Les Marines 13) with direct access to the sand. It does not have an elevator but offers a play area with swings, a swimming pool with a fenced-off children's wading area, and 2,000 m2 of garden space. Just 25 meters away, there is a multi-sport court and a grove with swings for the little ones. This ground-floor apartment features a spacious northwest-facing terrace (with awnings) with access to a private garden and an exit to La Costera street from the garden. The apartment comprises a large kitchen with a dishwasher, a living-dining room with access to the terrace and garden, three bedrooms, and two bathrooms (one with a walk-in shower). The master bedroom has a small additional terrace. Air conditioning is provided in the living-dining room and the master bedroom; the other bedrooms have ceiling fans. Capacity: 6 people. Spacious terrace, from where you can enjoy fabulous views of the sea and the mountain. The INFANTE building has a communal swimming pool with a children's pool, common areas with swings for the little ones and a tennis court. It is located on the first line of Gandia Beach, a step away from the seafront promenade, between the Bayren hotel and La Colonia Ducal. In its surroundings, there are all kinds of services.
