Cosy studio apartment on the first line of Gandia Beach, located on the 12th floor with fabulous views of the sea and the beach. South-facing apartment, as is the terrace. It has a double bedroom with built-in wardrobes, a bathroom with a bathtub, a practical kitchen with an American bar to the living-dining room, which is equipped with a sofa bed (120 cm wide). Spacious terrace, from where you can enjoy fabulous views of the sea and the mountain. The INFANTE building has a communal swimming pool with a children's pool, common areas with swings for the little ones and a tennis court. It is located on the first line of Gandia Beach, a step away from the seafront promenade, between the Bayren hotel and La Colonia Ducal. In its surroundings, there are all kinds of services. Capacity for 2 people NO PETS ALLOWED NO YOUNG GROUP ALLOWED (ages under thirty years old). Our apartments are delivered clean and include bedding (fortnightly bed) and towels (1 bathroom-shower/person, 2 toilet/bathroom). We recommend you bring a small kit with cleaning/laundry products/miscellaneous. A pressure cooker or hairdryer are not standard. If any of these are essential for you, do not forget to bring them!
