In her opinion, clients wouldn't mind paying a bit more. But I had my doubts... the villa was not cheap, although the interior is of a good standard. If your holidays are short, then think of the precious time you can save without having to drive to the beach, restaurants, supermarket.... From this house, restaurants are within walking distance and the beach is only 200 metres away. However, if you want to bring your own car, there is no problem, as there is a private parking outside!
