The villa "Traditional" is located in Creixell and is the ideal accommodation for a relaxing getaway. The 120 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 8 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a TV, air conditioning, a fan, heating, a washing machine as well as a dryer. In addition, a table tennis table is available for your use. A baby cot is also provided. Your private outdoor area includes a pool (open all year round), a garden and a barbecue. The property also has access to a shared covered terrace. A parking space is available in a garage, additional free parking can be found on the street. Families with children are welcome. One pet is allowed. Smoking and celebrating events are not allowed. Please be considerate of the neighbours. House 100m beach with 2 pools and barbecue: The house of 114m2 is in a quiet area in the seashore town of Creixell only 200m from the beach, 30km from Port Aventura and 65km from Barcelona's Airport. It is divided into three floors and has two large terraces with outdoor tables, chairs and barbecue, as well as a communal area with a garden and pool open all year round. On the main floor we find the hall, living room, fully equipped kitchen, dining area and bathroom. On the first floor there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and another double bed plus a single bed, as well as a full bathroom. On the second floor there is a bedroom with a double bed and a bunk bed and an attic with a double bed. You will find an Italian coffee maker, oven, washing machine, winter heating, fireplace, television, Wi-Fi throughout the establishment, a free private parking space and sheets and towels included.
